Ziya (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a digital platform that helps groups manage community funds, track member balances, and organize group activities.
Ziya is not a lender. All funds provided at group level are non-refundable grants. Groups are voluntarily formed, and members may join or leave by choice.
Scope: This policy applies to all users of the Ziya Mobile App in Kenya.

  • Authentication Data: OTP or other credentials.
  • Group Activity Data: contributions, fund rotations, balances, and related transactions.

Error Reporting and Diagnostics

To help us keep the app stable, we automatically collect basic crash and error reports when something goes wrong. This includes your device type, OS version, app version, and a technical log of where the error occurred. These reports are sent to Google (Firebase Crashlytics) and are used solely for diagnosing and fixing bugs — never for advertising or to identify you personally.
